Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled wine bottle openers. Purchasers who bought the openers at a QVC store should return them to any QVC store for a full refund. Those who purchased them through QVC's televised programs or website were mailed instructions for a refund; if these were not received, consumers should contact QVC. Purchasers who did not buy the openers through QVC should contact Sunbeam for instructions to obtain a full refund.
