Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.

Plain-English summary

Chelsea & Scott Ltd. is recalling approximately 600 Sun Smarties children's board skirts due to a violation of the federal lead paint standard. The paint on the grommets of the skirts contains an excess level of lead. Item number 13926 HIBI is printed on the care label inside the back of the waistband.

The skirts were sold in girls' sizes 12 months to 4T. They were sold at www.onestepahead.com from May 1, 2008, through May 9, 2008, for about $15. The product was manufactured in China.
