The affected lights were sold at major home center and hardware stores nationwide from January 2007 to October 2007 for between $8 and $10. Consumers should stop using the light fixture immediately and uninstall it according to instructions posted at www.cooperlighting.com. The fixture should be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund or credit.
