Plain-English summary

The firm received seven reports of sockets overheating, melting, or arcing, but no injuries have been reported. An additional 27,000 units were sold in Canada.
The recalled fixtures range in size from 18 inches to 4 feet long, are white, and were sold between July 2011 and April 2015 for between $13 and $67. Specific catalogue and model numbers are listed on the label inside the fixture.
Consumers should immediately stop using the light fixture and contact Cooper Lighting for a free replacement.
