The affected boots were sold in women's and men's sizes between September 2006 and July 2007 at shoe stores and other independent retailers nationwide for between $90 and $130. Women's boots were black with stock number P88030, while men's boots were brown or black with stock numbers P88033 or P88034. The stock numbers, Caterpillar logo, and "EH" marking are printed on a label on the tongue of the shoe, and the word "Caterpillar" is printed on the outside of the boots.

No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall. Consumers should stop wearing the recalled boots immediately and contact Wolverine World Wide to receive a free replacement pair.
