Royal Products Inc. is recalling approximately 2,700 Vivre Royale Pine Cone Candles, Item Number 41419. The candles are shaped like pine cones with purple wax inside and a brown and gold coating on the outside, featuring small clear beads. The recall is due to a fire hazard. The candle's exterior coating and beads can ignite and catch fire. The resulting fire could ignite nearby combustibles. The firm has received one report of a candle fire causing minor property damage, and CPSC has received one report of a flare-up with damage contained to the candle. No injuries have been reported.

The candles were sold at specialty stores nationwide from October 2005 through December 2006 for between $12 and $15. Consumers should immediately stop using the candles and return them to the place of purchase for an exchange or full refund.
