The hazard exists because the plastic caps on the corner connectors can come loose, creating a risk of small parts choking for young children.

The company has received one report of a cap found in a child's mouth, but no injuries were reported. These travel cots were sold at baby furniture and baby product stores nationwide and through web retailers from June 2005 through August 2006 for approximately $150. The cots were manufactured in China.
