The affected sets were sold in ivory/white, ivory/blue, ivory/black, and ivory/orange colors. Model numbers 170001, 170003, 170004, and 170009 can be found on a label affixed to the bottom of the furniture. These sets were sold at specialty gift and furniture stores nationwide from January 2004 through July 2005 for about $170. The products were manufactured in Thailand.

There have been no incidents or injuries reported specifically for this recall. Consumers should stop using the chair and ottoman set immediately and keep them out of reach of young children.
