Arctic Cat Recalls Prowler XT Utility Vehicles Due to Brake Failure Risk

Consumers can determine if their vehicle is affected by checking the final six digits of the VIN.

Consumers should stop using these vehicles immediately. If consumers are unsure if their Prowler XT is affected, they should contact Arctic Cat with the vehicle identification number (VIN) available. The VIN is located on the rear upper frame tube of the vehicle near the rear of the cargo box, and on the registration materials received at the time of purchase. Consumers with a recalled Prowler XT should contact their local Arctic Cat ATV dealer to schedule the free repair. Registered owners have been notified about this recall by mail.
