Plain-English summary

Nexgrill Industries Inc. is recalling approximately 644 Jenn-Air Model 720-0100 Natural Gas Outdoor Gas Grills. The recall was announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) on August 24, 2005.

The hazard involves a hose connecting the natural gas source to the grill's main manifold that may not have been supplied with these grills. Without this hose, gas would be emitted into the air, creating a potential fire hazard. No injuries or illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall.

The grills were sold at Lowe's Stores nationwide from April 2004 through May 2004 for about $800. Consumers who do not have the connecting hose should not use the grill and should contact Nexgrill to obtain a free replacement hose. Registered consumers have already received a notification of this recall.
