Graco has received 26 reports of the antennae breaking off, including five reports of children who started to choke on the broken pieces. One child's throat was scratched when a parent removed a broken antenna from the child's mouth.

Consumers should immediately discard any Bumble Bee toys with blue antennae in their possession. To receive a free replacement toy, consumers should contact Graco at (800) 258-3213. Bumble Bee toys with yellow or black antennae are not affected by this recall.
