The CPSC and KB Toys have received six reports of the pegs breaking off, including two reports of infants beginning to choke on broken pieces. The affected toys were sold from September 2000 through January 2001 for between $20 and $30 at KB Toys stores, Big Lots, Odd Lots, Pic N Save, MacFrugals, and online at KBKids.com. The toys are multi-colored and convert into a crib toy, floor gym, and musical keyboard.

Consumers should take these toys away from young children immediately. They should return the toy to the store where purchased for a refund. Consumers who purchased the toy online should return it to the closest KB Toys store or contact KB Toys for return information.
