Gymboree has received one report of a cord lock breaking off and being found in a child's mouth, which the parent removed; no injuries have been reported.

These pants were sold at Gymboree stores nationwide and on the company's website from September 2000 through February 2001 for about $15. Consumers should take these pants away from children immediately and return them to any Gymboree store for a full refund.
