2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid rear axle carrier structural defect
Toyota is recalling certain 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid and related models because the rear axle carriers may have insufficient material strength and could break, causing loss of vehicle control and increasing crash risk.
