These vehicles are equipped with certain QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints.
The recall is due to a defect where the retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, which increases the risk of injury to the occupant.
Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 9, 2025. Owners may contact Forest River Bus customer service at 1-800-348-7440 for more information. The Forest River Bus number for this recall is 51-2001.
