The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. This defect causes the vehicles to fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility." Oshkosh will inspect and replace the head units as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on May 22, 2025. Owners may contact Oshkosh customer service at 1-800-830-3554. Oshkosh's number for this recall is NGDV_TSB_036. Vehicles previously recalled under 24V-928 may need to be inspected and have the head unit replaced again.
