Carrier Corporation is recalling certain Aspen Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) models, including the Aspen-INT, Aspen-STA, and Aspen-PWR. The recall addresses a defect where the APU positive terminal block may have corrosion, which can result in a short circuit.
A short circuit increases the risk of a fire. Owners are advised not to use the APU until the remedy is performed.
