Evenflo Company, Inc. is recalling certain Gold Revolve360 Slim and Revolve360 Slim child seats manufactured between December 1, 2022, and December 8, 2024. The recall addresses a defect where the headrest foam is not adequately secured away from the child. This allows the child to pick off pieces of the foam, which can present a choking hazard and increase the risk of injury.
Owner notification letters were mailed on November 21, 2025. Evenflo will mail owners additional tape seal and installation instructions free of charge to secure the foam.
