The detached mirror glass can reduce driver visibility, increasing the risk of a crash. These vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 111, which establishes rear visibility requirements.
Approximately 31,676 vehicles are affected. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 5, 2024.
Owners should contact FCA Customer Service at 1-800-853-1403 to schedule a replacement. Dealers will replace the mirror glass free of charge.
