Forest River, Inc. is recalling certain 2024-2025 Viking and Clipper travel trailers. The side marker lights on these vehicles may not reflect light as intended, which can make it difficult for other drivers to see the trailer. This defect causes the trailers to fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Insufficiently reflective side marker lights can reduce the trailer's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash. The recall affects 2024-2025 model year Clipper Camping Trailers and Viking Travel Trailers.
