Tiffin motorhomes recalled for cooktop electrical shock hazard
Tiffin is recalling certain 2016-2024 Allegro Bus and 2017-2024 Zephyr motorhomes because the 240-volt cooktop may not be grounded, creating an electrical shock hazard. Tiffin will install a ground for the junction box at no charge.

An ungrounded cooktop frame can carry live electrical current, posing a shock risk to anyone in contact with the appliance during operation. Approximately 1,188 motorhomes are affected.
Tiffin will install a ground for the metal junction box free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on October 20, 2023. To schedule repairs, contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661.
