2022 Silver Lake Travel Trailers Recalled for Detaching Sidewall Siding
Forest River's 2022 Silver Lake and Della Terra travel trailers are being recalled because the aluminum sidewall siding may not be properly installed and could detach. Detached siding increases the risk of a crash or injury while towing.

Forest River, Inc. is recalling approximately 2,994 units of 2022 Silver Lake and Della Terra travel trailers. The sidewall extrusion may not have been properly installed, which can cause the aluminum siding to detach during use.

Owners of affected travel trailers should contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-264-6664 to schedule an inspection and replacement of the sidewall metal at no charge. Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) for more information. Owner notification letters were mailed on September 20, 2023.
