Approximately 1,557 units are affected. Owners should contact Thor Motor Coach customer service at 1-877-855-2867 or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) for information. Dealers will install an additional ignition cutoff wire harness at the BT12 module at no charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning March 28, 2023.
