2023 Ford E-450 Rear Axle Rotor Bolts May Loosen, Causing Wheel Separation

Owners should contact a Ford dealer to have the defect remedied. Dealers will inspect the rear axle serial number and examine the rotor and hub assembly. If any bolts are found to be loose, the entire rotor and hub assembly will be replaced at no charge to the owner.
