Osage Industries, Inc. is recalling certain 2022 Ford E450 Super Warrior, F450 Warrior, and F550 Super Warrior emergency vehicles. These vehicles are equipped with Weldon V-mux Hercules HC Node 1.5 components, part number 6060-1000-00.

The recall is due to an additional resistor that was inadvertently installed on the printed circuit board. This defect can disrupt CAN network communication, causing the vehicle's lighting to fail. Inoperable vehicle lighting can reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash.
