Motorhomes with improperly routed hydraulic lines pose fire risk
REV is recalling 2018-2023 motorhome models from Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler because hydraulic lines may be improperly routed or protected, risking fluid leaks that could cause fires. Dealers will repair free of charge.

REV Recreation Group is recalling numerous 2018-2023 motorhome models sold under the Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler brands, including the Bounder, Southwind, Flair, Fortis, Discovery, Pace Arrow, and others. The hydraulic lines in these motorhomes may have been improperly routed, secured, or protected during manufacturing, potentially resulting in hydraulic fluid leaks.
If a hydraulic fluid leak occurs in the presence of an ignition source, it can increase the risk of a fire. Approximately 4,395 units are affected by this condition.
Owner notification letters were mailed on October 28, 2022. Owners should contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417 to arrange an inspection and repair. They may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) or visit www.nhtsa.gov.
Dealers will inspect the hydraulic hoses for chafing or heat damage and install protective measures or replace the hoses as necessary, at no cost to the owner.
