Motorhome exhaust tips can detach letting fumes into the cabin

REV Recreation Group is recalling certain 2022-2025 Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler motorhomes because the engine exhaust tip may detach, allowing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin.

The engine exhaust tip may detach, allowing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin.

NHTSA states that exhaust fumes inside the cabin increase the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning, and that a detached exhaust tip can become a road hazard for other road users.

Dealers will install a clamp to the exhaust tip free of charge. Owner notification letters were expected to be mailed on April 26, 2025. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417, or the NHTSA Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236.
