Motorhome waste tank macerator fuse can overheat and melt housing
REV Recreation Group is recalling certain American Coach, American Eagle, American Dream and Fleetwood Palisade RVs because the waste tank macerator fuse may overheat and melt the fuse housing.
What this means for you
Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.
Our severity reasoning: Rubric level 3 covers risk-of-harm where injury has not yet been reported: an overheating fuse presents a fire hazard in an accessory circuit, and no incidents are recorded.
