2022 Heartland Travel Trailers recalled for cracked LP gas fittings

Heartland is recalling 2022 travel trailers because quick disconnect fittings in the LP gas system may crack, causing a gas leak that could lead to a fire. Dealers will replace the fittings free of charge.

Dealers will inspect and replace the affected fittings free of charge. Owners should contact Heartland customer service at 1-877-262-8032 or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) to arrange service. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 29, 2022.
