Plain-English summary

Midwest Motorsports LLC is recalling certain Kylin helmets, model number K77, in sizes L, XL, and XXL. The recall involves 738 units. These helmets may not adequately protect the wearer in the event of a head impact during a crash, meaning they fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 218, "Motorcycle Helmets."
