The Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) Label on these motorcycles may indicate the wrong model year. This error causes the vehicles to fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification." The misstated model year could prevent owners from recognizing safety risks if the motorcycles are subject to future recalls.
