Supreme Corporation is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 Spartan Service Body, Signature Van, Iner-City, and Kold King vehicles. The affected vehicles are equipped with Thieman Tailgates-brand TVL 12/16 series lift gates supported by roller chains that may fail.
If either the street or curb side roller chain fails, that side of the platform will fall immediately to the ground without notice. This creates an uneven surface and increases the risk of injury.
