These vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims." Incorrect weight on labels can allow the operator to overload the vehicle, which affects vehicle handling and increases the risk of a crash.
Jayco has notified dealers that have the affected trailers and supplied them with corrected labels, free of charge. The recall began on July 6, 2016.
