Land Rover Recalls Discovery Sport for License Plate Lamp Defect

This defect causes the vehicles to fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
The primary consequence of this defect is that without license plate illumination, the vehicle may be difficult to identify at night. No injuries or deaths have been reported in connection with this defect.
