What this means for you
Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.

Plain-English summary
QT Equipment is recalling certain model year 2013-2016 Dominator-Propane, Dominator I, Dominator II, Dominator III, and Dominator IV trucks. These vehicles are equipped with IMT cranes, specifically models 6000, 7500, 8600, 9500, 10000, 12000, or 14000.
The recall is due to a defect where the valve bank cover on the affected cranes may crack and fall from the crane while it is being transported. If the cover detaches, it could become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
QT Equipment will notify owners, and dealers will replace the valve bank cover with a thicker cover free of charge. The recall began on June 22, 2016. Owners may contact QT Equipment customer service at 1-800-758-2410 or the NHTSA Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236.
