Ford Motor Company is recalling certain model year 2015 Ford Transit vehicles manufactured between July 28, 2014, and August 7, 2014. The recall addresses a defect where the fuel filter bracket mounting may detach from the frame cross member over time.

If the fuel filter separates from the cross member, it will disrupt the distribution of fuel to the engine, inducing an engine stall. An unexpected engine stall while driving increases the risk of a crash.
