Triumph Motorcycles America, LTD is recalling certain model year 2012-2013 Street Triple and Street Triple R motorcycles manufactured in July 2012, and model year 2012-2013 Daytona 675 and Daytona 675 R motorcycles manufactured from September 2012 through June 2013. The recall involves 1,887 vehicles.
Due to a manufacturing error, the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) may malfunction and lose its anti-lock functionality. This defect may allow for wheel lock-up and skidding, which increases the risk of a crash.
