Plain-English summary
Logan Coach is recalling certain model year 2013 Razor 3-Horse Gooseneck trailers. The recall addresses a design change in the power awning motor assembly that may cause the motor assembly screws to shear unknowingly.
If the motor assembly screws shear, the awning can unfurl unexpectedly while the vehicle is at rest or in transit. This condition increases the risk of personal injury or a vehicle crash.
Owners are instructed not to drive their vehicles until repairs can be performed. Logan Coach will notify owners, and Dometic staff will replace the affected motors with motors of a different design. The recall began in July 2013. Owners may contact Logan Coach at 1-800-742-7047 or Dometic at 1-888-447-0003 for more information.
