When computing a radiation dose in the system with multiple beams attached to a prescription and certain options selected on the Edit Prescription screen, the exported dose information is incorrect. This applies to Model 870231 (software versions 16.0.4, 16.4.2, and 16.4.3) and Model 870237 (software versions 16.4.6 and 18.0.1).
Affected systems were distributed across 20 US states (CA, FL, GA, IA, IL, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, TX, WA) and 20 countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and United Kingdom.
