Plain-English summary
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is recalling refrigerated, ready-to-eat, sliced, cold smoked gravlax salmon produced by The Smokehouse of New York, LLC. The affected products are hand-sliced packs in 4 oz., 8 oz., and whole sides in vacuum packages with UPC 0200000608415. The recall covers Lots 82 through 96, which are listed on the back of the packaging, and products with Sell By Dates ranging from 04/5/17 to 04/19/17.

The affected products were distributed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois, Alabama, Minnesota, and Montana. Consumers who have purchased these products should check their refrigerators for the specific lot numbers and sell-by dates listed above.
