Catton Brothers is aware of one incident in which the cloth loop detached from the garment, but neither the company nor the CPSC is aware of any injuries involving the outfits.

The outfits were sold nationwide through independent retailers from November 1995 through April 1996 for between $10 and $14. The dresses and dress with leggings were made in Thailand, while the short set was made in Hong Kong. Consumers should stop using the recalled garments immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund.
