Dots retail stores in the East and Midwest sold the sweatshirts from July 1995 to February 1996 for $10. CPSC learned of the flammability issue following a consumer complaint. Consumers should stop wearing these sweatshirts immediately and return them to any Dots store for a refund, or mail them to Zip Zag Customer Service Center for a full refund including postage costs.
