The Americans for Democratic Action identified this potentially hazardous toy as part of its Holiday Toy Safety initiative.

Neither the CPSC nor Easy Aces, Inc. is aware of any injuries involving this toy. Consumers are urged to take these toys away from young children and return them to the retailer where purchased for a refund of the purchase price.
