To obtain the kit, owners should send the mattress pad tag identifying Badger Basket, along with their name and address, to Badger Basket Company in Edgar, Wisconsin. If the tag has been removed, consumers should contact the firm for a drawing of the affected leg braces to assist in identification. Consumers are also urged to ensure leg braces are locked in the open position during use and to periodically check the braces, especially after storage.
