The recalled cans are identified by a blue and white label painted directly on the metal can. Revco de-icer cans with paper labels are not affected. Consumers can identify affected units by checking for specific batch codes stamped in blue on the bottom of the can, including 2084, 2094, 2104, 2114, 2194, 2484, and 1GED.

Hysan has received four reports of consumers being sprayed in the face by the escaping contents. Because the de-icer contains a flammable liquid, the leaking poses a fire and burn hazard.
