Affected model numbers include DD, D, E, F, DS, and K. The name Midway appears on the face plate. Western Manufacturing and Supply Company, also known as Midway Sales, Inc., has discontinued production and stopped all sales of these units. Consumers who possess these welders should mail them directly to Western Manufacturing and Supply Company at 1400 West 22nd Street, Kearny, Nebraska 68847, Attention: Mr. P. Beshore. A note with the consumer's return address and postage cost should be included. A full refund for the welder and postage will be provided.
