The methanol container features the Hyperfuels logo in red and labels reading “Methanol” and “Flammable Liquid.” The ethanol container displays “E98,” “1 US Quart,” and “Hyperfuels LLC” in black lettering.

Consumers should stop using the fuel containers immediately and contact Hyperfuels for a full refund or replacement. To process the remedy, consumers must write “RECALLED” on the product in permanent marker, send a photo to [email protected], and dispose of the container according to local and state regulations. Methanol and ethanol fuel should not be disposed of in sewers, rainwater pipes, or ordinary garbage cans.
