Approximately 1,100 units were sold through Amazon from April 2025 through July 2025 at approximately $17 each. The recalled bottles display the identifier "X004IQ9ZCH" printed below the barcode on the back. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bottles and place them out of reach of children. To obtain a refund, contact Wilteexs at [email protected]. You will be instructed to mark the bottle with "Do not use" and your Amazon order number in permanent marker, then submit a photograph to the seller.
