The model number is located on the back of the remote and on a white label on the packaging.

JKMAX is aware of 577 reports of blankets smoking, melting, or burning due to overheating, including 53 reported burn injuries. The products were sold online at SHEIN.com from June 2025 through May 2026 for between $8 and $12, and by Hong Kong Xuheyuan Trading Co., Ltd, dba Sweet Cubby.
