Peony Design Co. of Howell, Michigan is recalling approximately 52 personalized handmade baby bibs and stroller bags. The recalled bibs feature scalloped edges, snap closures, and personalized embroidery in designs including geese, strawberries, heart tulip, plaid checks, and floral print. The stroller bags are made in coordinating fabrics—heart tulip, plaid check, floral print, and Winnie the Pooh—with two straps that have snaps at the ends for attachment, personalized embroidery, and a ruffle around the top edge.
The snap closures can detach from the bibs and stroller bags, creating a choking hazard for young children. The firm has received three reported incidents of broken snaps—one on a bib and two on stroller bags—but no injuries have been reported to date.
The products were sold online through Etsy.com from October 2025 through July 2026 for between $15 and $45. Consumers should immediately take the recalled bibs and stroller bags away from children, stop using them, and contact Peony Design to receive a full refund. The company requests that consumers discard the recalled items.
